Supervision for mental health practitioners

Supervision

I offer reflective and professional clinical supervision for wellbeing staff in education and those working across the healthcare and aged care sectors. I am an AASW registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Practitioner in multiple sectors including family and domestic violence, natural disaster relief, family therapy and one on one counselling.

I understand the emotional demands and ethical complexities that can come with supporting others. Supervision provides a safe, confidential space to reflect on your work, explore challenges, manage professional boundaries, and strengthen your sense of purpose and wellbeing.

My approach to supervision is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, client-centred practice. I tailor sessions to the unique needs of each practitioner, whether you're seeking emotional support, ethical clarity, or space to process complex casework. I offer individual and small group supervision, both in-person and via Telehealth, and create a supportive environment that nurtures self-awareness, professional growth, and long-term sustainability in your role.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss options for supervision sessions.
