Seasons of Life Counselling and Therapeutic Services
Compassionate counselling for life’s changing seasons.
Supporting individuals, families, older adults, carers and those in support roles through the complexities of life, with warmth, understanding and compassionate guidance.
Alongside counselling, my services include professional supervision that fosters both reflective practice and clinical insight for those working in education, aged care and community sectors.
No one has to do it alone.

How I Can Support You
Life Transitions
Life can bring periods of change that feel uncertain or overwhelming. In my counselling sessions, I support individuals and families to reflect on life’s transitions, gain perspective, and navigate changes such as children leaving home, retirement, relationship shifts, or other significant life adjustments.
Support for Carers
Caring for a loved one who is unwell, struggling, or ageing can be both meaningful and demanding. In my counselling practice, I provide a supportive space for carers to talk openly about their experiences, explore the emotional impact of caring, and develop strategies to protect their own wellbeing.
Animal Therapy
My registered therapy dog Oakley can provide comfort and companionship during appointments. Oakley’s calm and gentle presence can help create a relaxed and supportive environment, often making it easier to feel at ease, connect, and engage in the counselling process.
Aged Care Counselling
The transition into aged care is a big change for many. I provide support for those adjusting to aged care living or preparing for a move into aged care. Counselling offers a space to explore feelings of loneliness, changes in independence or sense of self, and opportunities for reflection during this stage of life.
Group Programs & Workshops
Small group programs and workshops are available on a variety of topics including navigating life transitions, carer wellbeing, and grief/loss.

Grief Counselling
Grief can follow many types of loss, including death, separation, or significant life changes. In my counselling practice, I provide a compassionate space where individuals can talk about their grief, process emotions, and move through their loss at a pace that feels right for them.
